LIXIL raises a toast to The Residences at Punta Fuego ahead of IPA 2026

Visionary developments around the world are reshaping communities through design, innovation, and purpose, setting new standards for sustainable and impactful living. LIXIL—a global leader in water and housing solutions, proudly honors these exceptional innovations that are shaping the future of real estate.

In line with this commitment, the International Property Awards (IPA) continues to recognize the most outstanding and forward-thinking projects across the globe. Among those selected to represent the Philippines and the Asia Pacific region at the 2026 IPA   is The Residences at Terraza de Punta Fuego, a coastal sanctuary in the country known for its seamless integration of nature, form, and purpose.

Supporting this vision are American Standard and GROHE—two of LIXIL’s most trusted brands, serving as major sponsors of the awards and championing design that elevates everyday living while building for a more sustainable future.

“At LIXIL, sustainability is at the heart of how we create better homes and communities. Through our brands American Standard and GROHE, we support developments that integrate environmental responsibility into every stage of design and construction. The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego reflects this ideal by showing how sustainable practices can quietly elevate the way we live, without compromising on elegance, comfort, or long-term value,” says LIXIL Philippines country general manager Hermie Limbo.

Design with a view and a vision

Developed by Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego is a carefully crafted story of legacy, purpose, and possibility. Nestled on the last prime stretch of Punta Fuego’s shoreline in Nasugbu, Batangas, the low-rise enclave was recognized for Architectural Design and Sustainable Residential Mid-Rise Development at the 2025 Asia Pacific Property Awards.

These awards place the Philippine project alongside the region’s best, validating not just design excellence but a strong commitment to building with conscience.

“As the region’s representative at IPA 2026, it is proof that when you pour your heart into building world-class beachfront communities, the world notices,” said Erickson Y. Manzano, President and CEO of Landco Pacific Corporation. “We’re proud to keep creating premium, sustainable, and beautifully designed properties that Filipinos can be proud of.”

Rooted in place, built with purpose

The Residences is the final chapter in a story that began in the 1990s, when Landco and Roxaco Land envisioned a lifestyle destination where coastal luxury and natural harmony coexist. The development blends Spanish-Mediterranean and Asian-Tropical influences with spacious, light-filled interiors and panoramic sea views in every unit.

Each of the low-density clusters—from one-bedroom sanctuaries to three-bedroom family homes—invites residents into a life of calm sophistication. Vaulted ceilings, sunlit balconies, and open-plan layouts reflect a design philosophy that values openness, warmth, and connection with nature.

The development also integrates seamlessly with Punta Fuego’s culture of leisure. Residents enjoy over 800 meters of white sand beach, landscaped gardens, a resort-inspired pool, spa, sauna, and serene lounges that reflect quiet luxury. And each year, the community comes together for the Punta Fuego Regatta, a signature yachting event held in partnership with the Punta Fuego Yacht Club and the Philippine Inter-Island Sailing Foundation (PHINSAF)—celebrating the sea as both playground and inspiration.

Sustainability by intention

While the views are spectacular, what lies beneath is just as remarkable. The Residences is currently pursuing EDGE Certification, a globally recognized green building standard. Its key features include energy- and water-saving technologies, EV-ready infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, and a double-pipe plumbing system that supports long-term efficiency.

But the approach goes beyond technology. Mature trees were preserved and building plans were adapted to the site’s natural topography—demonstrating respect for the land and an understanding that sustainability begins with sensitivity.

“We design with stewardship in mind,” Manzano emphasized. “Sustainability is not a box we check—it’s embedded in how we design, build, and manage. It’s not because we have to—it’s because it’s the right thing to do.”

Recognition at home and on the global stage

Following its twin wins at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, The Residences joins the ranks of the world’s most iconic developments across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. This comes on the heels of another major win for Landco: The Spinnaker at Club Laiya made history as the first Philippine development to win World’s Best in 2025.

In addition to its success at IPA, The Residences was also recognized at the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, taking home Best Waterfront Condominium Development and earning a Highly Commended citation for Best Lifestyle Condominium Development—further cementing its place among Asia’s top coastal communities.

“It feels almost meant to be,” Manzano reflected. “This is a project built on a beachfront, shaped by a legacy, and designed to last. We’re offering a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join something that will remain relevant and admired for generations.”

Honoring the best across Asia

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, where The Residences earned its latest accolades, is the regional arm of the globally esteemed International Property Awards. With over 850 entries judged annually by a panel of more than 100 respected industry leaders, the awards recognize the finest in design, service, innovation, and sustainability across the region.

This year’s gala brought together more than 300 award-winning developers, architects, and real estate leaders from across Asia Pacific, marking a celebration not just of aesthetics, but of purpose-driven building and visionary community development.

A final invitation to come home

As the final beachfront address in Punta Fuego, The Residences has transformed into a legacy–one that’s shaped by thoughtful design, guided by environmental responsibility, and brought to life by a Filipino vision of world-class living.

For American Standard, GROHE, and the LIXIL group, supporting this milestone is part of a deeper mission: to celebrate and enable better homes, better communities, and a better, more sustainable future.
